Damien Li - Headache Clinician

Damien completed his Bachelor of Physiotherapy with Honours from the University of Queensland before working in private practices across Brisbane’s south side. Within his first year of treating in the private practice setting he began pursuing post-graduate studies under the Watson Headache Approach in treating Headache and Migraine conditions. He has completed both the Level I and Level II courses pertaining to The Role of C1-3 Cervical Afferents in Primary Headache. Damien is due to complete his Level III course this year to become a Certified Watson Headache Practitioner, of which there are only roughly 20 in Australia. Damien is an accredited Watson’s Headache Practitioner and has successfully treated over 300 individual headache cases in his career. His passion lies in relieving and treating people afflicted with terrible headache and migraine pains.
His experience as a physiotherapist also includes working in the post-surgical and neuro-rehabiliation units at Brisbane Private Hospital where he gained an immense appreciation for the significance of providing appropriate rehabilitation, not only in the acute stages, but also in continual care for all patients.
